Creighton women's basketball has a tradition of excellence.
Our student-athletes, led by long-time head coach Jim Flanery, have been steadily building on their winning record and postseason performance, always shooting for more — on and off the court. Creighton women's basketball continues to build on its proud tradition of success. The Bluejays earned their fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament bid in 2025, marking the program's 11th appearance overall.

Under the leadership of Head Coach Jim Flanery, now in his 23rd season, the Bluejays have reached the NCAA Tournament eight times, including a historic Elite Eight run in 2022. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the court, as the Bluejays have been recognized in the WBCA Academic Top 25 eight times during his tenure.
